Individual Therapy

Therapy will help you address problems or unwanted feelings you may experience. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, ongoing sadness or unhappiness in managing relationships, therapy can help you better understand what you are feeling and why and how your feelings influence your life and behaviour in it.

We provide evidence-based interventions derived from cognitive theories and mindfulness during therapy sessions. The focus will be on developing confidence, resilience, and valuable strategies to help manage those problematic and unwanted feelings and overcome obstacles.

Core Counselling & Consultancy provides therapy for NDIS participants under Capacity Building, private clients, and under the Medicare Better Access Scheme.
